Transcendence operates on a pre paid basis with convenient tap payments available in the studio. Payments are to be settled prior to treatment commencing so that you can relax with a herbal tea and let your mind wander after.
All online bookings require 100% upfront payment.
Transcendence staff will always do their best to assist in rescheduling appointments wherever possible but any cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur 100% of the treatment cost as a cancellation fee. This also applies to no-shows.
If you are running late, Transcendence staff will do their best to accomodate you, however your experience will still finish at the scheduled time.
It is the client's responsibility to notify Transcendence staff of any medical conditions, medications or allergies that may impact your experience.
By making a booking you consent to full body touch as per the chosen experience and will raise any questions or concerns with your therapist prior to commencing the experience. All experiences will be tailored to your needs accordingly and within reason.
